Not entirely accurate.
While close, it is not the same. When you do these things outside, the water while dirty, is goimg directly to the ground where the sun and environment can begin decomposing.
In your RV we store this stuff in tanks and bacteria like botulism, staph, and ecoli begin to form. Simply dumping this on the ground can expose people to harmfull ****.
Now, if you are in the back woods where no one else will be for a month, go ahead, dump black while youre at it.
