I'm not sure I understand your question. You are asking us to identify an LED bulb (the one in your picture) that YOU bought? What were they described as when you bought them?
You say they are "the wrong ones for sure"...why? Do they not plug in at all (the base looks similar to a 921)? Do they plug in but not light up (LEDs are polarity dependent; you did try rotating them 180 degrees, right?)? Are they simply too bright or too dim?
Again, I'm not sure what info you are asking for? If you want 921 (wedge) base also known as T-10, but not too bright,
