Thanks for the responses, greatly appreciated. Drat, my upgrade genny was going to be the Champion 3100!
I am off to have an extension put on the Honda exhaust today. Then figure out some other things for this. The three 70 CFM fans will not work, had to order 2 100 CFM fans. I opted for 110 volt computer case/muffin fans.
Many often say the Honda cannot be put in an enclosure, here is a picture of a sound box for the Honda, made and sold by Honda in Asia!
Edit: After posting the overheating made me think so looked to see if the Honda has over heat protection and as near as I can tell it does not. Low oil pressure will shut it down, but can thinning of the oil be trusted to protect genny? I could monitor it with a indoor out door thermostat, but do not want to sit around and watch display:D
So I did a quick search and Einstein is still alive and tinkers with gennys. Here is an add on heat shutdown for a genset, I'm sure could be added to the mighty little Honda. Some do not understand this, but those of us that prefer tinkering to golf will!
