Thanks for the response and you are right. plus I do not have the equipment to obtain 100% accurate readings.
But I can get a baseline "good enough" temp and watch for differences from that. Close enough to tell if my tinkering is helping or hurting.
So far I believe I will keep the two exhaust fans, I am not comfortable with the temp rise without them.
