The analogy is when a product from CW turns out to be defective do you blame CW or the manufacturer? The answer is the manufacturer. Of course you return it to the seller and he handles it for you as a courtesy but your beef is with the manufacturer.
I think your blame misplaced. Seller deserves a rating based on the sellers performance not the performance of the product you bought. That is why the seller wants a great review from you first so you do not bash the seller unnecessarily and inappropriately.
I didn't say it was shipped slowly or they were not pleasant in their communications. I said they are selling junk, they dont know what they are selling and they cant comprehend basic questions pertaining to the product. So I should say these are the best people on Ebay to buy junk from?
If they were to say no problem we will be glad to refund your money I would give them a good review AND say it was a poorly engineered product but the seller is good. I dont think they should twist my arm behind my back so that they can continue to pedal junk to possibly sell to YOU! Some sellers wording is had to understand at times and maybe I didn't say it correctly but what they wanted was a full positive review.
