If you have a fiberglass exterior then you have a sandwiched wall system. You won't be able to use molly type anchors. Like it was mentioned either find a stud or another alternative is to see what's on the other side of the wall. If its a cabinet, the you might get away with drilling thru the wall and bolting it on to the outside. Only issue is if there are any wires in the wall. You don't want to cut one with the drill bit. I don't think TT's/5'ers run wires thru the walls very often. But you never know what goofy idea they will try next.
