I know some Keystones come with a factory mounted outside bracket. The problem is that Keystone won't tell me how they install the exterior bracket. Are they using a backer board behind the fiberglass, drywall type anchors or drilling into the aluminiums studs?
Keystone customer service told me straight out they will not provide information to help customers modify their RV's.
