No concerns about venting AGMs.
I have a 4kw 48v inverter in my basement, with no heat issues. My a/c also cools the basement.
Very cool on the 24v. How are you providing 12v to the coach? That controller will take up to 100vdc on input. You could maybe series all your panels.
