Inverter/Charger for 2 banks.
I'm looking for an inverter/charger that can charge the starter and house battery banks independently. Is there such a thing or a way to make it happen from a single charge output? Thanks.

You want to just have the inverter charging the primary house battery. Any inverter/charger will do this.
Add a battery combiner to charge the chassis battery. For continuous power probably a 5 amp Trik-L-Start is fine to keep the chassis battery topped up. If you need heavy charging on the chassis battery you need a bi-directional relay that senses charging voltage, aka BIRD.
