Inverter/Charger for 2 banks.
I'm looking for an inverter/charger that can charge the starter and house battery banks independently. Is there such a thing or a way to make it happen from a single charge output? Thanks.

Whatever you do, the house/chassis charging will likely need to be separately adjustable. Deep cycle batteries almost always use different charging profiles than starting batteries. Note that the linked Echo Charge page says "both battery banks must be the same DC voltage and battery type."
