Led Strip- Again

I know that there are thousands of post on these. My Coachmen came with them from the factory with them but they are only 12ft long and I have a slide on that side which blocks the light. I wanted to order some and mount on the slide but they want $130 in shipping to ship the track. Has anybody found some track that will work and do you still use the 5050 water proof ones in there? Thanks Michael

You can get 16' length cheap. Even color changing and weatherproof.

  • I purchased a 110v 16.9 ft length of LED light with plastic screw-in hangers as well as the 3m hanger at Walmart last week for $19.97. I installed it outside the house right under the guttering and it puts out so much light. They had the regular (bluish) white lights, warm white, blue, red and another color, but I don't remember what it was.
  • I use an LED light strip that is glued on, on the outside below the awning and is connected to the patio light. It is super bright and I don't have to worry rolling it up with the awning. Cost was about $20.00 and is hardly visible when not used.
  • Lowe's, Home Depot, and Menards (even Wall Mart) are now putting out their Christmas decorations. Now is the time to buy strip lights. They come in all lengths and colors. Check it out, see if something will work for you.
