You're also going to have to put on some good SNOW tires. The junk all season tires a lot of people use are worthless. It's like saying you're going to wear your all season coat summer, fall, winter and spring. I've pulled out way too many 4X4 trucks that park off the side of the road to go snow machining. Their all season tires don't grip at all trying to get out a foot of snow back onto the road or jumping across the snow berm the plow trucks pushed up while they were gone riding.
