We're lucky that we have a cat that enjoys riding in vehicles. She'll usually sit in my wife's lap or lay on the right side of the dash for the first hour or two then get bored and go in the back to sleep on her cat bed. I've had cats that hated riding but the last 3 have been real troupers.
