Lockable Medicine Cabinet
I just came across this lockable medicine cabinet. It mounts on the wall and can be used to secure many things besides your medications. There are several sizes available.

Two suggestions:
1. It has a nice carrying handle to steal the whole thing. Be sure it is securely bolted down. RV walls are so thin and fragile, I would not trust an RV wall to hold it. One good pull would pull it right off the wall.
2. AsWyoTraveler said, the bathroom is the first place they look for meds. Keep them elsewhere.
