Water pump noise is usually causesd by the hard lines resting against a wall or some other hard surface. If you can figure out where it's doing this and put a piece pf pipe insulation around the pipe it will make a world of difference.
They also make "quiet kits'" that add a length of flexible line to the input and output of the pump. I've never needed one of those though. just stopping the pipe from rattling against things has worked for me.
