At first I thought you were going to 'extend the drain lines out to side of trailer and THEN put valves on them
The low point drains hang down pretty low and they are located between the axles. I though of running a line to the edge of the trailer, but they would hang down so low, I pretty sure they would be as low or lower than the axles.
Considering these just screw on, it would be easy to swap for another method later. I don't mind crawling under the camper (I can't fall off the ground, like on the roof), but I sure hate that water splashing once the cap comes off.
Logistically, to keep new lines flowing down hill, I'm not sure how to do that yet without it dangling so low under the camper. My underbelly is completely enclosed and really have no desire to remove it. If the need ever arises I'll have to remove the underbelly, I will probably reconfigure the lines then .... plus add more insulation around the heater air ducts! For now, this will work.
