The smaller bulbs came in today. Why they were 4 days later I don't understand but I know the delay was after they hit the US.
this image is from ebay as is the desription.

Brand new and high quality
Every SMD is pure white
Low power consumption, long life expectancy
Great for many other applications around the car
Standard 12V
Each bulb has 9 SMD LEDs
Replacements to standard 501 W5W T10 168 194 bulbs
360° viewing from LEDs positioned around the outside and top of the bulb
Package included :
1 X T10 SMD LED Bulb
They were $1.78
They are noticeably bluer than the panels, around 6000 K I'd say. The camera makes it out worse than it is.

They are also dimmer as expected but better than I thought. The blue at dimmer lighting actually makes it feel brighter. I'll put these in the 4 sets of doubles in the main area and panels in the task areas and above the door. The bath will get double panels too.
That way it's not glaring bright if we don't need it. With two of the smaller sets in a double above the couch I can read, just not as easy as at the dinette with a panel above it.
Here's a few more photos. I tried to get the color and exposure as good as I could.

This is 4 of the smaller bulbs. I doubt we would turn on all 8 at once.

this is 5 of the small and one panel

I hope my shots don't turn anyone off. The tint isn't as bad as it sounds and for $1.78 and free shipping I'm happy. I can have nice soft lighting or turn them all on and be the lighthouse on the mountain top. I'll have 8 panels and 8 of the smaller with two of each as spares.
Not bad for $50
