I have 14 of them and am well pleased with them.

I would be curious to know what issues you had. I have only used mine for the 10 days so far and would like to be prepared for what lies ahead possibly.

When I first tried LEDs I was leery so I only bought 2 of the above from seller 2011_led. They were good, warm white, brighter than the original incandescent bulbs. When I later wanted more I accidentally ordered 2 of the same as you have from seller ouyou2010. They were more of a blue white and not near as bright. So dim it was hard to read. Within a few hours one entire row on one panel went out and half a row on the other blinked off and on. I then searched and found the same as I had first bought and ordered 12 more. I have used them for several months and they work fine.
I also bought 2 of these http://www.ebay.com/itm/1pcs-BA15D-1142-1178-SMD-bulb-Interior-light-18-5050-SMD-LED-DC-12V-White-18CZW-/170814877186?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item27c55c2e02 from the same seller. They also are great and brighter than the incandescent bulbs they replace.
It is very possible that the two I got from ouyou2010 were just the occasional defect and that his others will be fine. I just won't take another chance.
