I know they come in the larger base but I haven't found them in a 10 pack. Some people just remove the glass out of their incandescent bulbs and solder in the leads off of these to save the money.
The cheapest I find the 48 LED panels in warm white is $4.60 each clicky
or a 10 pack for $40 clicky
