the cheapest I can think of for grey water (not black) would be to get a 5 gallon or larger bucket to drain it into, then use a 12 volt bilge pump to pump it up to the bed bag. at the dump site, just let gravity empty the bag.
clumsy, awkward, and messy. obviously it would be preferable to spend the bucks for a macerator pump, which is what I would recommend.
