Magnetic door stop/holder
I posted this on a different forum and got a lot responses, so thought I'd share here. My bedroom door in the 5th wheel wouldn't stay open so I got a magnetic door stop/holder and installed it. Works ...

I only wish the part that you have mounted on the door would come in various lengths. Our bathroom door is usually left open when storing and moving from storage to the house. Using one of those to hold it open would be great if it didn't stick out so much. I've tried to think of how to shorten the stalk without it looking half-a$$ed, but no brainstorms yet. Right now using a wedge, but the door still comes loose and swings around.
Put the "stalk" standing up on the floor.
Put the "receiver" cup on the door.
That is how ours is set up. The "cup" approaches the "stalk" from a 90 degree angle. The magnets don't care.
