MaxxAir ceiling vent repair
The gear housing on one of our ceiling vents cracked. We had a mobile RV repair person evaluate it during an on-site repair and have ordered the part. It looks to be a simple replacement. However, I noticed some oil around the corner of the vent trim inside the camper as well as some on the floor. Has anyone done this repair? Do I need to add some oil back in somewhere or is it contained in the gear housing part I purchased?
