Tanks are sold b y size, so you don't have to be camper specific. Measure the tank and either go to a parts store or get it on line. They are really not that expensive and they can be shipped cheap since they are lightweight, although bulky. And you will need to replace the valves.
Just another thought, I have seen some long-term/permanent RVers who have hooked up directly to sewer. Some have bypassed or removed the tank altogether. I am not sure if there are any downside to this, but I can't imagine this would be a problem if you do not intend to drydock.

IMHO the simplest thing you could do is install a composting toilet and forget about the black tank. Check out the Nature's Head composting toilet.

All great answers. I have to think on them. I paid near nothing for the camper. Yes smokin hot - lol. The rust looks worse than the camper does. Its an 89 Fleetwood Taurus. Parts will be hard to match. Yeah I think the black ring may have been from the potty side. The sensors make sense. We've been using a standalone chemical toilet that works fine. Just have to keep dumping it. Thanks so much. I was wondering if I should run these by a parts dealer?

In my estimation, you probably are going to need a new black water tank and at the very least a new grey water knife valve along with the missing plumbing from the black tank and "Y" fitting. And all the rust? What does the rest of the RV look like? I hope you didn't pay to much for it!

I'm pretty sure the tank with the big hole is the black tank. Typically you'd have a pipe from that, going to a gate valve, and then a tee with the pipe from the gray tank (and its gate valve that's in place). The third leg of the tee goes to the connector for the sewer hose. The wiring is tank level sensors; you can safely ignore them and figure out the tank levels in other ways (by time or sight, for instance), particularly as the sensor systems sometimes tend to be finicky to keep clean enough to work properly. It also looks like they chopped out and threw away the resistor pack that connects to all the individual tank probes and the wire going back to the gauge panel.

You are going to have a difficult time attaching the pipe to the holding tank, as bumpy notes. You'll also have to patch the holes from the wood screws. If you can find a replacement tank, that might be an easier way to go, depending on how access is to the tank. It looks to me like it's not too bad, like you might be able to replace it without disassembling the entire floor of the RV, but it's not really possible to tell for sure from these pictures.

You could also just attach a bayonet fitting to the gray tank and use a porta-potty rather than the toilet and black tank. Sometimes the bathroom sink is plumbed to the black tank...which would also need to be rerouted if that's your situation.

I think the black ring is part of a fitting for the tank. It kind of looks like a toilet flange part to me, but it may be from the drain fitting.

they did quite a number on that tank. cut it so close to the bottom bend it will be difficult to fix that. I would guess the wires are to sensors to measure when tank is full but scattered like that??
