Mod for the fur babies
The DW wanted a bigger pin for the fur babies and we saw a version of this at a campsite and decided to make our own:

I thought about doing something like that with pvc pipes and maybe screen door netting or something stronger. Haven't really figured out how yet, and how to make it so its easy to take down, bundle up, and replace the netting if needed.
