I installed one in a Holiday Rambler, should be similar. I used separate washer and dryer,(here's a post from back then in 06:
I have a separate Washer and Dryer from Sears. The washer is Front load, and the Dryer is bolted to a shelf I built to hold it above the washer. The shelf is just 3/4 ply, and I put "legs" of 3/4 ply over both side walls of the closet to support it. I've been using it for a year now and can even wash the rugs for the kitchen and bath area. The 120 volt dryer is slightly slower to finish than a 240 volt dryer, but not so bad that I really notice it, as I don't just sit and wait for it to finish .
Cutting the vent hole is easy, once you find out where to cut. As a previous poster said, with the W/D prep Holiday Rambler marks where to put the vent. It is actually framed for a 4" vent . For my setup it was actually a straight shot, much better than at home. The less restriction/turns in this the better.
If you want pictures of the mounting arrangement I have, PM me.
I now have a new rig and bought it with the stacked washer and dryer. We are planning on full timing and wouldn't have a rig without the washer and dryer.
