Does the digital thermostat have four or eight wires. The ACRG11 documentation is pretty specific about needing 8 wires. I have the analog thermostats and the ACRG11 Advent Ducted Ceiling Assembly, and they require 8 wires. I would call their tech support. Good luck and keep us posted.
