New cabinet doors to open up dead space.
My cabinets over the dinette had 2 doors and blanks between and at the ends. You had to move what was in the doorway to get around to the dead space. I knocked out the blanks and made larger door...

We had a closed space above the refrigerator in our MH. Poked a small hole so I could look in, it was empty, and had a floor. A bit of prying with a screwdriver, then went to local cabinet to find a door that almost matched the others. a hinge, and a lift spring, and we had a new storage place. As it gets a bit warm, its a good place for chips and snacks stuff.
