Terrific Job. From an old Trim Carpenter.
Now get some matching paneling (from your local building supply), cut the four sides and back to fit, turn the cut inserts to match the grain of the wood, but come corner molded trim pieces for the inside cuts, and wah-lah it will look like it came from the factory that way.
