Oxygenics Shut Off Trickles

I just installed my new Oxygenics shower head and the supplied shut off trickles about a cup in 20 seconds. Has anyone else had this problem? I was getting ready to try their online support, but was wondering if I should just go to Lowes and see if I can get a better shut off.

    Ok you sold it to me, now I have to go buy one... Geeze.... LOL

    I can't believe the difference between it and the cheap stock head. It had no pressure at all. I can't wait to take a shower with it.

    Since you asked, let it trickle. If not you will be greeted by either way cold or way hot water. Ask me how I know. PS, love those shower heads! Put them in my house.

    That's why I thought I would post it on here first. I did have a miss print on my OP it trickles a cup in 20 seconds not minutes. So it may be a safety feature? They think of everything.

    From what i read it is a safey issue to avoid super hot water coming out when turned back on.
