Over the years I have tried paint, Kool Seal roof coating, and a latex spray. The white paint looked good initially but cracked after about 3 years. The Roof Coating held up well but turned dark. The latex spray worked the best and has lasted the longest. Just spray or coat the first foot next to the MH and when rolled up will protect the rest of the awning.
