And why on earth does the first person to respond think it's necessary to quote the OP? There isn't any question what you're responding to.
And yes, some of these threads turn into quote fests of 3,4, 5 people and the response is a single sentence. I have a feeling some folks don't even realize they can edit all that, or, someone will accuse them of taking something 'out of context.' I've seen that happen.. it's usually nonsense.
In defense of the mass quoting, it's not always easy to pair up the quote tags so you can actually post without getting the dreaded 'Invalid formatting' error.
