Recommending that one build and use a suicide cord is TERRIBLE advice :E ... don't do it. If you want to keep it simple plug the trailer's main service cable into the inverter output ... as long as it's not a split feed output in which neutral is sitting at 60 vac relative to ground it'll work just fine.
