Being cheap plus the fact I enjoy this sort of stuff, I made my own pads. I've been using these for a few years and I finally mounted these permanently to my landing gear. These are 10" deck footing...

You may need to zoom in but it's there. Two horizontal bolts with locknuts that go thru eye bolts which are in turn bolted to the rv's foot also with locknuts. I would never just trust the silicone.
