Converting eure voltage to work with your US RV is fairly simple. A 220 to 120 step down tranaformer is the easiest. Harder could be converting the 60Hz stuff to work all right on 50Hz. May not be a big deal except maybe the refer. Your next problem could be getting propane into your tank. Adapter should handle that.
If it was me, I would figure using a smaller transformer to just charge batteries and live with battery power only.
