Most things really don't care much about the line frequency. Timing motors do, and maybe some clocks and clock circuits, but I don't think that would affect an RV much. An RV absorption fridge definitely would not care about line frequency since it's just a heating element; it would run on DC just fine.
If you have a ferroresonant converter, that very definitely does care about line frequency as the output voltage is quite dependent on the frequency (but relatively unaffected by variations in line voltage). The easiest and best solution if you have one is to upgrade to a modern converter based on a switching power supply, preferably a multistage one, which would have other advantages as well.
