Quick mod to turn a cubby covering into a door

My Jay Flight 23RB had a covering attached by 2 long screws over the water heater. Got tired of unscrewing the cover in order to examine the inside of the water heater, and under the tub where the dr...

I put a wood tab/cleat on bottom, so the panel can't come out/off, and a magnetic cabinet door holder at the top.
