Reak Kitchen tanks dump fix

I have had two rear Kitchens & both had a rear dump for kitchen gray. Means lots of slinkys and moving at dump stations to dump all tanks. I did a fix on this one.

Parts: (1) 3"x2" Y / (1) 2"to1.5" reducer ? (2) 1.5" 45's / 1o ft 1.5" PVC or ABS. (both nominally the same size) if using PVC to the ABS there is a special glue.

Tools needed

Rear Gray Dump Connection

Cut rear dump pipe and install 2 45s. Rear Mod

Run the 1.5" to front, cut 3" pipe and install Y, connect to the Y using the reducer. Front Mod

Dry fit all before gluing. I ended with a slight horizontal bent when I miss cut the front. Install hangers as need to support the new piping. Total cost about $30
  • Nice but why didn't you use ABS?

I've never understood why they plumb some trailers with separate dump ports when all it takes is a little pipe and a few fittings to do it right!

    Well done!
