- Argosy24ExplorerI did the cushions from a TC I had a lot of years ago. Tore one apart to get the sizes of all the 'parts'. It really wasn't that hard and I've got hours only on a sewing machine. The worst part was how heavy the material was when there were multiple layers, a heavy duty commercial machine really would have helped.
A real easy way would be a throw to cover it with. - Opie431ExplorerIt really is easy to do. Take some junk fabric to make a pattern with. Got that far and realized that yours is probably different than ours. I live too far away to drop in and help you.
- robatthelakeExplorerSome Night School classes offer Upholstering as one of the courses. Other useful NS courses are Cabinet making and repair and Learning to sew draperies .
- sdianel_-acct_cExplorerMy brother-in-law removed his sofa from his RV and took it to an upholstery shop. The upholstery shop told him how much fabric he'd need, then he went to a fabric store and bought the fabric himself. Turned out nice!
- I_am_still_waynExplorerYep, I did it the easiest way: I took it out and to an upholstery shop!
