For the top panel, I removed the bottom trim (three tiny screws) and slid the panel down and out. I placed the picture over the panel and placed a piece of Plexiglas over the picture and slid it up behind the remaining trim pieces, and reinstalled the bottom trim piece.
For the bottom panel I did the same only removing the top piece of trim. Took less then 30 minutes. It makes all the difference to the look of the kitchen and I can change them out depending on the season or mood.
