I removed mine which was held on with 4 mirror clips and tow strips of double side tape running the length on each side of the mirror. Once I removed the mirror clips, I then used a wide taping knife (used to tape drywall seams and about 8" wide) to slide behind the double side tape as best as possible. I started at the top and worked each side as I moved down. It took maybe 5 minutes and was off,
The worst part on ours was the glue residue left behind. Most of ours is covered with cork board I installed, but still have a bit more to do.
