We purchased one earlier this year and have been very satisfied with the unit. We camp anywhere between 8 and 12 days at a time and it has proved its worth. During these 8-12 day adventures we used to bring out the generator every 3 to 4 days and have it run 4 hours to top off the batteries, with this Renogy unit we have not had a need to use the generator. Very impressed with the solar. One thing to keep in mind, there is just the 2 of us and we do watch our usage, Lights, Water Pump, DVD Movie Player.
As for Customer support. you would do much better calling them on the phone then sending them an email, they seem to not check there emails.
Check out
Renogy on Ebay and you could save a few $.
Good luck with whatever you decide.
