The term "wet bolts" refer to the thru bolts that go thru the spring eyes/shackles and are drilled with Zerk fittings in the hex end to use a grease gun to lubricate the pivot points. "Dry Bolts" are not lubricated with grease, they usually are inserted "dry" thru those worthless Nylon sleeves.
