The only problem would be finding a SS sink that fits the countertop cutout that the old sink uses. Other than that a sink is a sink, they are standardized. You could use a sink that uses a larger cutout if you have the skills and tools to enlarge the hole. If you want to replace the countertop you can get a custom fabricated one, check your big box hardware store.
