Get a PrecisionTemp, not a Girard or Atwood.
An Atwood tankless is the exact same as a Precision Temp. The only difference is that the Precision Temp is 55,000 BTU's, the Atwood is 50,000 BTU's.
I just did all the research for my project, that's straight from PT themselves. PT licensed Atwood to build a tankless model but would not let them build an equal model BTU wise.
I just purchased the new RV-550, it's about $250 more than the Atwood.
I'm not quite sure what the statement about the water flow and keeping them happy is all about? These two units modulate the burner according to the flow rate.
I would not buy a Girard.
