Replacement 46" tub wall surround- where to find?

www.pellanddent.com has them. Shipping will be pricey. I would consider FRP from home depot.

I have used a five piece surround in a mobile home that could be trimmed to fit. In other words buy a 60" unit and trim it to fit the back wall. Kit has two side pieces, two corners, and sheet for back. That will work if you have a smooth surface to work with and also assuming that I understood your question.
