You should have two wires that were connected to the WFCO output. Those (+), (-) wires should be connected to the batteries. If the Magnum is powered it should be charging with 13 V + to the battery terminals. Do you by any chance have a disconnect switch, a circuit breaker, or a fuse between the Magnum and the battery? Are you measuring at the Magnum 12V outputs?
