Second, higher, shower head holder
It's silly, but I added a second shower head holder and have been extremely pleased that I no longer have to stoop/crouch to get under my nose-high shower head. Click for blog post

Not silly at all! I'm 6'-7" tall, so I know what you are talking about!:)
I did the same thing in our shower at home.....though in that case, I actually installed the shower head higher on the wall....and DW uses one of those hand-held ones, so it didn't bother her.
I think I'll see about getting a spare holder for the RV too.
