Second, higher, shower head holder
It's silly, but I added a second shower head holder and have been extremely pleased that I no longer have to stoop/crouch to get under my nose-high shower head. Click for blog post

Not silly at all. I must sit to shower (disabled) and thus cannot reach or get decent coverage for shower head in the regular position.
