This thread got me shopping too. I went and looked at the tiles the OP did. I just really didn't want to do any grout work. So.... I bought some of the vinyl self stick floor tiles. The 1 foot square ones. I am having a tough time with them staying stuck to the wall around the stove even though I cleaned it thoroughly. I am next going to add some 3M spray adhesive. That stuff would glue anything.
