We just did the tile mod! Thought I'd chime in and provide some pics. DH started before I knew he was working on it, so I don't have any before pics from the same angle/lighting, but have an old before pic to show.
I had narrowed it down to the Idaho Mosaik and Murano Dune Mosaik. From pics online it was hard to tell for sure what the colors would look like in person. I liked the narrow rectangular tiles of the Murano Dune, but wasn't certain if the dark color was a black or not (our camper has a lot of browns and no black, so black wasn't my preference). I liked the colors of the Idaho, but wasn't sure I was sold on the square tiles.
For others' reference, especially those that don't have these locally in stock:
-Idaho Mosaik colors = cream, green, gray, orange
-Murano Dune Mosaik colors = cream, tan, really dark burnished metallic (like the real dark bronze finish available on faucets and kitchen hardware)
And, here are the pics:

Before

It was kind of overcast this morning, but you can see some sunlight lighting up the tiles on the right side.

Pretty fun!
They were thinner than I expected, but seemed pretty durable and were easy to install. On our wallpaper, the adhesive allowed one to peel and restick if you misaligned a sheet (probably not ideal, but nice to know if needed).
Edited to note: For reference this took us two boxes with only little pieces to spare (I sent DH out to buy "enough" of both options to do the job so we could decide what color looked best, but we hadn't looked at or measured the RV yet so he guessed high and bought 5 boxes of each to the tune of $800+tax! So, we were glad to only need 2, return the rest, and the job was $160+tax).
